- If the box is properly connected and is not turning on then contact you Internet Service provider.
- If the box is turning on but there is no feed/signal, go to settings and check whether your set-top-box is connected to the ethernet cableor not.
- If the set-top-box is still not connecting to the networkand you have internet connection on other devices, then contact your Internet Service Provider. Do the same if there is no internet at all.
